Rock The Vote

So it's that time again to elect the next leader of the free world. I do so hope this country makes the right decision here. It has been a hard eight years and I myself am feeling the effects of it all. So I would never tell anyone who to vote for but just hope that everyone goes out and exercises their right to vote. I have been playing close attention to the DNC and watched Senator Clinton give her speech last night to unify the party. If you weren't moved by that I don't know what could move you. She is a brilliant woman, would have been happy to see her as President or VP, but know her history will be made in the Senate. Her speech keeps ringing out in my head "Keep Moving" in the words of Harriet Tubman "Keep Moving". She is right first we have to get this thing going. So all lets just vote no matter what, no matter Republican or Democrat we have got to make a change, and "Yes We Can". Enjoy...

Hello World

Wow, ok, so my cousins started a blog and so now so am I. I love them they are the best cousins ever and I wish I could see them more often.... But, enough sad stuff. Hello Today, I am at work, working away as an Application Developer for Sprint, not so busy right now... but believe me I will be, my job has it's slow and busy times and when we are in the busy times, believe me, we pay back times 10 for our slow. So yep my nickname was Chickie since I was a baby, my Aunt and Mom believed I looked like a baby chick ( Iwas a twin so very small) therefore; I was Chickie. My cousins still call me this and I am Aunt Chickie to all of my beautiful nieces and nephews and some baby cousins call me this. Well my day is not exciting today except for that I have to go sign my handsome son Garrick up for YMCA basketball. He also has practice tonight for the other team he plays with, the Humana Celtics. So... yes he is a basketball star, hoping and praying he gets what he wants from it. Enjoy...
